Carlsen – Nakamura, London Chess Classic 2011 Round 3

Here’s some more from London, the game which prompted Hikaru Nakamura to play in ‘do or die’ style in his round 4 game against Vishwanathan Anand. White was pressing a bit from early on but really only won out in the business end of the game, outplaying his opponent in the build up to his excellent exchange sacrifice.

The commentary comes to us courtesy of Magnus Carlsen himself together with some intelligent questions from British GM Chris Ward.
