Complementary Activities Part II

Here’s a clip from one of my most recent DVDs, Tricks And Traps In The Flank Openings. Don’t worry, I’m not going to try to sell it to you but a comparison with one of my early efforts (The Pirc) provides a graphic illustration of the value of Chi Kung! Please note that I don’t do gyms or anything, just standing meditation and Tai Chi.

I can’t believe how bad my posture is in this older clip with my head all over the show as I tried to explain things. Though I should point out that you need to be very picky about where you learn this stuff as the real deal is incredibly subtle.
