Recovering From Setbacks

This concept has been immortalised throughout history via legends such as Robert the Bruce’s spider. I had my own version of it when I got my first GM norm just months after scoring 3.5/14 in the Hastings Premier, not to mention countless other disasters. But that’s nothing compared to this:

Nicholas Vujicic is right, we’ve just got to keep getting back up no matter what life throws at us. And this chess board is a wonderful testing ground for this, if you keep getting back up you’ll become ever stronger.
