Svetozar Gligoric’s Music

After learning from Vojin’s wonderful post last Friday that Svetozar Gligoric composed music, I went searching for some of his contributions on Youtube. And I found this channel, presumably put up there by one of his many fans.

I can’t say his compositions are entirely my cup of tea (right now I’m more into Carlos Nakai and Georg Deuter) but they do put him in the quite large category of chess player musicians. Perhaps what these two disciplines have in common is harmony, chess being harmony within differentiated space whilst music is harmony within differentiated sound.
